The Six Dragon Gods created the world of Eldar and the many races that would inhabit it. For seven hundred years, the races developed and grew, eventually making contact with each other.

 

Of the races, three created nations. The Humans formed the Kingdom of Sorcania, a country devoted to peace and love. They settled among the central hills. The Sylvans led their Kingdom of Arbor, where they preached a close connection to the natural world. They chose to hide away in the northeastern depths of the forest. The Terrans forged the Kingdom of Anvilore, where they worked and built architectural marvels and developed a reputation as mountain smiths, carpenters, and craftsmen. They settled in the western mountains.

 

The other races settled into solitude and isolation. The Draycari, being a diverse people, divided themselves into different tribes, each taking a particular area of land. The Fire Draycari settled along the slopes of the volcano, as well as the valley and desert, the Earth Draycari settled in the western mountains and the eastern forest, the Water Draycari settled along the banks of the lake and in the southern tundra, and the Wind Draycari settled in the southern hills.

 

The Uldra and the Caprans chose to reside in the wilds of the mountains, while the Dragons, Ketani, Fae, and Gremlins chose to reside in the depths of the eastern forest.

 

The first event of great historical importance took place in the year 468 B.B., when the many tribes of the Draycari went to war with each other. Known as the War of the Dragon Folk, these elemental tribes fought many battles over many different disputes, whether it was protecting their borders or seeking to expand further. 

 

No one saw an end to the war, until one day, the first Elemental Draycari was discovered. Born and raised in a Fire Draycari village, this Elemental Draycari could control all four elements, unlike his fellow Draycari, who could only control the element into which they were born.

 

The Fire Draycari sought to use his talent to consolidate their own power. However the young Elemental Draycari instead spoke out against the entire Draycari race, describing their disputes as barbaric and pointless. Through his abilities and his natural oratory skills, he ended the conflict and united the Draycari under a single banner. This led to the birth of the fourth nation, the Kingdom of Cieliath. Ruled by the Elemental Draycari and a council formed from the tribe leaders, Cieliath became a beacon of unity and strength. The War of the Dragon Folk ended in the year 527 B.B., when the Four Elements Treaty was signed and the Elemental Monarchy was established. 

 

With the first war in Eldar's history ended, the land settled into a peaceful, quiet era.
